According to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Thailand welcomed approximately 9.3 million international visitors in Q1 2026, with more than 2.3 million visitors recorded in both April and May 2026, reflecting sustained tourism recovery and strong market potential.

 

The Tourism Authority of Thailand  (TAT) continues to promote the transition from volume-driven tourism toward High-Value Tourism, focusing on visitor experience, spending quality, and longer stays.
